Please contact us by either phone or email to request a questionnaire, and we will send you one right away. By having your questionnaire filled out before you come in, the attorney can have a better picture of your financial situation and is better able to advise you of your alternatives.
- If you prefer a consultation before you decide about a bankruptcy, please call us for an appointment. The consultation fee is $150 and if you file a bankruptcy, this fee will be applied to your total fee.
